What material are your garments made from?
Almost all of our garments are made from 100% cotton for a soft and comfortable feel.
How should I wash my item?
We recommend hand washing in cold water to help preserve the quality, shape, and longevity of the garment. However, check the listing for your particular item for more specific instructions.
Can I put my item in the dryer?
No. Please reshape and lay flat to dry unless otherwise specified for your item. We do not recommend hanging or machine drying.
Can I iron or dry clean the garment?
Use a cool iron if needed, or dry clean for best results. Avoid bleach or harsh cleaning products.
Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Are custom or personalized orders eligible for returns?
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue with the order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label, and an $8 shipping fee will be deducted from the final store credit amount.
Can you help with sizing before I order?
Yes! We are always happy to help with sizing, fit questions, or product details prior to ordering to help you find the perfect piece.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on inventory and carrier availability.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, all orders are shipped directly to customers unless otherwise specified for local events or pop-ups.
